- Cut the chicken pieces in a square shape.
In a bowl, mix together curd, cumin powder, turmeric, chilli powder, mango powder, black pepper, Kasuri methi,1 teaspoon oil, lemon juice and salt.
Add in the Chicken pieces and coat the mixture all over. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes for marination
