- Sugar depends on mango sweetness
- 2 tbsp lemon 🋠juice
Instructions to make to make MANGO 🥠JAM
- Wash throughly mangoes & peel it.
Slice of flesh from the seeds & cut roughly into chunks.
Transfer mango chunks into heavy bottom wide pan.

- Mostly I make jam with equal quantity of sugar & fruit but mangoes are naturally sweet than 3/4 cup sugar should be good or you can add little more if you like to sweet.
Add Lemon juice as it add flavour & helps to set the jam

- Mix all ingredients.


- Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
You can mash the jam to make it pulpy or use hand blender to get smooth consistency.
When the jam is thickened remove from the heat, wait for a minute & make a line with spatula, if the line stays your jam is ready.
- Pour into sterlised glass bottle & make sure to put spoon in it so the bottle won’t break.
Let the jam cool completely before placing the lids.
As I am not using pectin, I keep my jam bottle in freezer.
